DAN HAS AN ADOPTION PENDING. WE, THEREFORE, WILL NOT BE PROCESSING ANY OTHER APPLICANTS FOR HIM. Want a friend that loves all people and dogs, well what are you waiting for, apply for Dan.
Dan is about 4 months old, best guess (no guarantee) is a Newfoundland type (best guess only, NO guarantee), possibly mixed with some kind of Retriever. We expect that Dan will be a large sized adult with long hair/thick coat. He enjoys walks but no need to make them an intense workout. He likes some time to smell the flowers or take a rest and watch the world.
Speaking of worlds, his favorite is outside and if his human joins him that's the best.
Ever wonder what a fluffy black tigger looks like, just get Dan playing. It is the very cutest little bounce. And you can add tug of war to the games he likes to play while tiggering.
Growing boys also need to eat and he is no exception. Food is always motivational for him, especially if it's because he went potty outside. People love and food, yup you got it.
He is also super cool, as in laying on the floor and next to his water bowl so he's never too hot. Maybe just part of him on a bed. Living where it's a bit chilly will probably appeal to him.
There's a little work to be done when managing those sharp puppy teeth. With that, he probably should have no small children in his home or dog savvy children.
Dan is good with cats and other dogs.
He is also being crate trained and working on his potty training too.
Dan up-to-date on core vaccines, dewormed, & current on flea/tick/heartworm preventative.
