Little Miss Cindy Lou Who is a totally adorable Chihuahua mix who came to us from our rescue friends in Ohio.  This little girl is a love-bug and a half, and she would love to have a family of her own to dote on her and love her forever. 

We are seeking a loving, responsible home for Cindy Lou for her whole life -- so, if you are ready, willing, and able to commit to her FOR HER WHOLE LIFE, NO MATTER WHAT MAY LIE AHEAD IN YOURS -- we welcome your interest and your application.

To be considered for Cindy Lou, you must register on www.safeatlast.net.  When you receive your password on your email account, you will need to log back on to our website with your username and password to complete the SAFE AT LAST online adoption application.  WE CANNOT CONSIDER YOU UNTIL YOU HAVE SUBMITTED THE SAFE AT LAST APPLICATION -- NO EXCEPTIONS.  WE do NOT accept the applications of other organizations.  Delay in submitting the Safe at Last adoption application will put you at a disadvantage, as we process potentially qualified applications in the order received.

Once we have your SAFE AT LAST application, we will be in touch by email to schedule the phone interview.  After that, we will conduct the reference checks and the home assessment.  An adoption fee of $375, plus a refundable $35 spay/neuter deposit (required by NYS law), also apply.
