Major is a stunningly handsome and incredibly sweet boy who came to us from our rescue friends in Ohio.  This boy is such a love and he is positively gorgeous.  He gets along great with all the dogs in his foster home, and he is a typical goofy, happy lab.  (We sometimes think we should have named him Marley -- minus the mischievousness!!)  This boy is a dream, and he is ready to share his boundless love and happiness with a family of his very own.

We are seeking a loving, responsible home for Major for his whole life -- so, if you are ready, willing, and able to commit to him FOR HIS WHOLE LIFE, NO MATTER WHAT MAY LIE AHEAD IN YOURS -- we welcome your interest and your application.

To be considered for Major, you must register on www.safeatlast.net.  When you receive your password on your email account, you will need to log back on to our website with your username and password to complete the SAFE AT LAST online adoption application.  WE CANNOT CONSIDER YOU UNTIL YOU HAVE SUBMITTED THE SAFE AT LAST APPLICATION -- NO EXCEPTIONS.  WE do NOT accept the applications of other organizations.  Delay in submitting the Safe at Last adoption application will put you at a disadvantage, as we process potentially qualified applications in the order received.

Once we have your SAFE AT LAST application, we will be in touch by email to schedule the phone interview.  After that, we will conduct the reference checks and the home assessment.  An adoption fee of $375, plus a refundable $35 spay/neuter deposit (required by NYS law), also apply.
