Meet our adorable Miss Winnie-Penny.  Winnie is a happy girl who absolutely loves people attention.  She also gets along well with the other small dogs in her foster home.  She is a sweet little dog who is ready for a family of her own, and we feel she would do fine as a solo dog with or with another small dog companion.  Our best assessment (no guarantee) is that Winnie is a Shih Tzu mix & is about 3 years old.  She has a beautiful wavy medium-length coat & is about 13 lbs.  If you are looking for a small dog who adores her people, Winnie could be the one for you!

Our review process is very straightforward, but it does involve the phone interview, reference checks and a home assessment.  An adoption fee of $375 also applies.
