Triumph came to us from our rescue friends in WV.  This boy had been starved by his "owner" and treated horribly.  Luckily, Triumph made his way to rescue, and he has found an amazing forever home within our Safe at Last family.  Triumph, now Rudy, will never have to worry again -- he will be cared for, loved and cherished for all of his days.
