This is Marge, and she is looking for a new forever home.

Marge is an approximately 5-year-old Frenchie mix (though she does look older). She weighs 23lbs, has a full-length tail, and a ton of personality. She loves to snuggle on the sofa or in your lap. She also gets along very well with the two dogs in her foster home.  She sleeps quietly in her crate at night but will bark when she needs to go out in the morning. She seems to be doing very well at pottying outside, though her foster mom tell us that she takes Marge and her own dogs out pretty often.

Marge hasn't had a great start in life. She's been bred a lot. She came to us with skin issues, ear issues, eye issues and a possible UTI/urinary issue. We're in the process of getting her medical issues under control & will update you as Marge goes for her re-check in about a week or so.   Marge is not spayed yet because she just stopped nursing puppies – yes, this poor girl has been bred and bred and bred… But, those days are over.  Marge will not be having any more puppies.  Any adopter will be required by contract to perform her spay when timing is approved by his/her veterinarian. 

Marge has not yet been cat or kid tested, but will be shortly.  We really don’t expect a problem with either, as she has such a lovely personality.  However, we will update you on this as well.
