TUCKER is a 5 year old, Hound/Lab? mix, approximately 62 pounds.  He is neutered and fully up to date on all shots.

He has the sweetest temperament and loves anyone he meets.  While Tucker would never hurt anyone intentionally, he is completely unaware of his size and is a big ‘oaf.’  He is a high energy dog who needs an active home, exercise and plenty of room to run.  He is the biggest mush and loves nothing more than to play with people or other dogs, swim or to curl up with his head in your lap. 

He loves other dogs (especially high energy dogs that want to play) but has not been around cats. Tucker has been in a home with small children all of his life, though he can get excited and knock them down on occasion. 

Tucker is fully house trained and knows basic commands, but will need someone willing to work on leash training and teaching him not to jump to greet people (or steal food from the counters).  He is incredibly food motivated and will do almost anything for peanut butter. 

Tucker would love an owner that can give him lots of attention, both snuggling on the couch and running, hiking, exploring, etc.  Tucker is a great dog and in the right home, I know he would just thrive!  He deserves the absolute best!
