This is our "cute as a button" Jasper...Our best assessment if that he is a Jack Russell Terrier/Cattle Dog Mix.  It’s possible there’s some Corgi in there, but, honestly. we do not know.   As you can see, Jasper has one beautiful blue eye and one blue/brown marble eye that gives him a very unique look!  He weighs around 25#'s, is neutered and is a "low rider.”

Jasper has a wonderful personality.  He gets along great with his foster siblings, and he adores his foster parents.  He loves being outside running and playing, as well as exploring anything new and different.  He is especially funny when he sees butterflies!!!

Jasper also enjoys car rides & loves experiencing new things.  He is a happy, exuberant young man; and, so, he will need a family that is active and also willing to train him to allow him to blossom into the wonderful dog he is meant to be.

Jasper is being fostered in Worcester, NY (Otsego County).  Approved adopters are required to go to the foster home to meet Jasper and complete the adoption. 

Finally, you must submit the Safe at Last online adoption application and be approved prior to meeting Jasper.  If you do not submit the Safe at Last adoption application, we cannot consider you.
