Meet beautiful Sylvia, who, along with her momma and sisters, recently joined our rescue family.  Sylvia is a happy, friendly, playful kitten, with years and years of love to give.  Sylvia and her family have been to our vet for their wellness check.  We are finishing up with meds (for deworming), and they will be getting their distemper boosters next week.  So, Sylvia is all ready for her forever home.

If you are interested in committing to Sylvia – to provide her a loving, caring, responsible home for her whole life – please register on our website, www.safeatlast.net (by clicking Register on the left-hand side of our homepage).  Once you receive your password on your email account, please log back on to our website to complete the Safe at Last online adoption application (by clicking Forms/Applications on the left-hand side of our homepage).   If, after preliminary review of your application, your home appears to be a good match for Sylvia, a volunteer will be in touch to commence the review process.  Our process is very straightforward but does involve the phone interview, reference checks and a home assessment.  An adoption fee of $150, and a refundable $35 spay/neuter deposit (required by NYS law), also apply.

Sylvia is being fostered in Preston Hollow, NY (Schoharie County).  Approved adopters are required to go to the foster home to meet Sylvia to complete the adoption. 

Finally, you must submit the Safe at Last online adoption application and be approved prior to meeting Sylvia.  If you do not submit the adoption application, we cannot consider you.
