Meet our four handsome boys from GA – Odin, Sprinkles, Panda and Loki.  Currently (9/29), these fellas are about 9 weeks old.  Our best assessment (NO GUARANTEE) is that they are spaniel mixes and will be medium in size when full grown.  Again, we cannot give guarantees on breed mix or size since we have no information on their parents.  What we can say with certainty is that these pups are loving and sweet.  Of course, they are puppies, full of puppy antics and puppy needle teeth… Any pup, these pups included, will need to learn and grow with the guidance of a loving family as s/he matures to become the wonderful adult s/he is meant to be.   

Loki already has an adoption pending with a wonderful, amazing family.  We are seeking forever homes for the other 3.  All are social, happy, well-adjusted pups who get along with their foster siblings and love their people.  Again, they are puppies – who will need to learn how to be good canine citizens.  Puppies are wonderful – but they are not novelty items or fungible commodities.  They are individual little beings, each of whom will require a long-term commitment of love, dedication, nurturing, training, and medical care – just like a human child. 

If you have the ability to make AND FOLLOW THROUGH on that commitment FOR THE LIFE OF ONE OF THESE PUPS, we would love to hear from you.  To be considered for adoption, you will need to register on our website, www.safeatlast.net.  When you receive your password on your email account, please log back on to our website to complete the Safe at Last online adoption application.  Once we have your application, upon preliminary review, if we feel your home is a good match, a volunteer will be in touch by email to commence the review process.  Our process is straightforward but involves the phone interview, reference checks and a home assessment.  An adoption fee of $425, and a refundable $35 spay/neuter deposit (required by NYS law), also apply.

Please be advised, you cannot meet the pups until you have been approved for adoption.  And, we cannot consider you until you have submitted the Safe at Last online adoption application.

Also, these pups are being fostered in Worcester, NY (Otsego County).  All approved adopters are required to go to the foster home to complete the adoption.
