Meet Django

Django is 8 months old, best guess (no guarantee) is Cattle Dog/Lab/Terrier.  He currently weighs 40 pounds, we expect he will be a medium sized adult, possibly 50-60lbs.

This handsome guy originally hailed all the way from Oklahoma via rescue.  His first home just wasn't a good match for this active guy.  Django will need a home to do lots of fun things with him & engage him both physically and mentally.

Django would be a great hiking or running partner, and even has recreational sports dog potential! He likes to play ball and has a decent recall started.  Also swims regularly with his foster siblings and dabbles in canine dock diving!

Django would benefit from a home to help him continue improving his basic training and manners - we HIGHLY suggest he be enrolled and continue in dog training classes to further his skills and form a bond with his new owner.

Django is good with most other dogs; he is fostered with both males & females and does well with all.  For the best fit a more balanced, social canine counterpart to show him the best doggo ways would be to great for Django.  He is also fine with cats and CHICKENS.

At this time Django needs a home without young children, dog savvy 13+ teenagers would probably be ok.  He has lots of energy & needs to work on his jumping behaviors.

Django just about completely housebroken and has worked hard improving his crate-up skills.

Django is neutered, microchipped, up-to-date with all vaccines, current on flea/tick & heartworm preventative, and has been dewormed.
