Boo is a sweet 10-year-old, 9-lb "senior sweetheart" who came to us from North Carolina.

Boo is an extremely lovable little lady who loves to get affection and attention from her foster parents.  She is also an active girl who likes being outside (when it isn't pouring rain) and enjoys exploring the yard.  

Boo also gets along very well with her other foster siblings, but she will let the young pups know when they get to be too much for her.  Boo also does well with the two cats in residence.  And, Boo is potty-trained as well.

Although Boo is 10 years old, she was spayed only recently (on May 24^th), which tells you a lot about what her life was prior to rescue.  She also needed dental work, which we have already had done; and this has corrected some of the damage done by the neglect Boo suffered at the hands of the humans who had her previously.  Boo is doing great after her partial dental – she is eating and drinking normally, playing and feeling well.   She may, however, need additional dental work done in the future.  We do not know for certain but, of course, we will share all medical information (including radiographs) with her adopter and explain what she may (or may not) need down the road.

This little sweetheart is so ready for a home of her own, where she will be doted on.  Boo still has so much love and joy to offer a family who will commit to her and give her the chance she deserves -- to live out her remaining years being loved and cherished.

Boo is being fostered in Worcester, NY (Otsego County).  Approved adopters are required to go to the foster home to complete the adoption.  Adopters are also required to adhere to all COVID-19 safety protocols (including mask).
