This is Miss Bonnie Bell, who came to us from our SC rescue friends.  Bonnie is about 5 months old and weighs in at 23 lbs.  We believe (THOUGH CANNOT GUARANTEE) that she is a Black Lab/Hound mix.  And, we anticipate, THOUGH CANNOT GUARANTEE that Bonnie will be medium in size when full-grown.

When Bonnie first came to us, her skin was in need of some attention, but it has cleared up beautifully, and she passed her last vet visit with flying colors!!  So, she is now ready for her forever home.

Bonnie is a super, super sweet, lovable girl.  She is also an active pup who loves playing and exploring the great outdoors.  She gets along beautifully with her other foster siblings and, like all pups, loves attention from her foster parents.  She also is very good with the family cats.

Bonnie loves to sit outside and lay in the sunshine or help her foster parents work in the yard.  Bonnie is a wonderful little lady who has much love to give to a new family.

To be considered to adopt Bonnie, please register on our website www.safeatlast.net.  When you receive your password on your email account, log back on to complete the SAFE AT LAST online adoption application.  Once we have your application, IF WE FEEL YOU ARE A POTENTIALLY GOOD MATCH FOR BONNIE, WE WILL CONTACT YOU BY EMAIL TO SCHEDULE THE PHONE INTERVIEW TO COMMENCE THE REVIEW PROCESS -- SO PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM.  Our review process is very straightforward, but it does involve the phone interview, reference checks and a home assessment.  AN ADOPTION FEE OF $425, AND A $35 REFUNDABLE SPAY/NEUTER DEPOSIT (REQUIRED BY NYS LAW), ALSO APPLY.

If you do not submit the Safe at Last adoption application, we cannot consider you.  Delay in submitting your application will put you at a disadvantage to others who have applied.  And, you cannot meet our rescue animals until you have applied and been approved to adopt. 

Approved adopters are required to go to the foster home (in Worcester, NY - Otsego County) to complete the adoption.  Of course, all Covid-19 protocols must be observed, including mask.
