Meet sweet little Rosie - who came to us from North Carolina along with her 5 babies (the "Five Buds") who are also available for adoption.

Rosie is a super sweet chi mix who we estimate is about 3 years old.  She is doing fabulously in foster care, where there are other dogs, cats and chickens!!  Rosie gets along with all.  Rosie is also super affectionate with her people.  Now that her pups are weaned, this little girl is very ready to leave motherhood behind her and begin a new and wonderful life of her own.  

Since Rosie is a small girl, we are seeking a home without small children.  Our ideal home would be one where the family has lots of time to spend with Rosie and shower her with tons of love and affection.

After you receive your password, please COMPLETE THE SAFE AT LAST ONLINE ADOPTION APPLICATION. (Click Forms/Applications on the lefthand side of the homepage.)  Once we have your application, IF WE FEEL YOU ARE A POTENTIALLY GOOD MATCH, we will contact you by e-mail to schedule the phone interview.  So, please check your spam.  Our review process is straightforward but involves the phone interview, reference checks and a home assessment.  AN ADOPTION FEE OF $425 APPLIES.  A REFUNDABLE $35 SPAY/NEUTER DEPOSIT, required by NYS law, ALSO APPLIES if Rosie is not spayed by the time she goes to her forever home.   

YOU CANNOT MEET ROSIE UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN APPROVED TO ADOPT.  WE CANNOT CONSIDER YOU UNTIL YOU HAVE SUBMITTED THE FULLY FILLED OUT SAFE AT LAST ONLINE ADOPTION APPLICATION.  Delay in submitting your application will put you behind other potentially suitable applicants.

Rosie is being fostered in Worcester, NY (Otsego County).  Approved adopters are required to go to the foster home to complete the adoption.
