Meet Delilah, who came to us along with brother Sampson from our rescue friends in NC. Both of these little chi pups are happy, fun and feisty. They have been to our vet for a wellness checkup. Delilah is a happy little girl - and a little spitfire. She loves to play, wrestle with brother Sampson, and "love up" to her foster mom, dad, and siblings, just as her brother does. These two are a great pair, and they are bonded. Therefore, they must be adopted together.

If you are interested in adopting, you need to register on www.safeatlast.net. (Click "Register" on the lefthand side of our homepage.) When you receive your password on your email account, log back on to complete the Safe at Last online adoption application. (Click "Forms/Applications" on the lefthand side of our homepage and select the Adoption Application.) Without your SAFE AT LAST ADOPTION application, we cannot consider you, and we will not respond to generic petfinder (check the box) inquiries. Our review process is straightforward, but involves the phone interview, reference checks and home assessment. An adoption fee of $425 (for each puppy), and a refundable $35 spay/neuter deposit (for each puppy) (required by NYS law), also apply.

Regrettably, we cannot adopt to Massachusetts residents due to the MA dog quarantine laws.

Adopters are required to go to the foster home to complete the adoption. All covid protocols must be observed, including mask.
