Meet Topaz, who came into our rescue along with sister Diamond.  These pups (as well as 7 others) were owner surrenders in North Carolina.  It's the typical situation of pregnancy/puppies due to people not spaying and neutering (or providing any vet care for) their animals.  We are thrilled, however, that Topaz has already found her forever home.
