Blynken came to rescue after living in an overgrown back yard in a small pen with her sisters and mom.  She had so much to learn about being a loved family member, and we can tell you she has made great progress in two short weeks. 

She knows her name and is learning basic manners nicely. 

If you want to be her friend,  some treats will win this girl over quite easily, and then you may be asked for a belly rub and if she can hang with you for a bit. She has a very strong will and is really smart and, of course, gorgeous with that lustrous chocolate coat.     

Romping with some doggie pals makes her very happy, and if that ends up with a nap, even better.  

Some of her basic information: She likes her dog beds, is okay with a crate and 95% potty trained.

Poor Blynken must have experienced some trama to her ears at some earier point in time.  Her ears have healed but have some hardened cartilage on the tips. They look like little pillows but cause her no pain now. 

Overall she is a very happy pup whose tail wags almost constantly. All she needs is a new life with lots of love and fun. Blynken is about 4 months old & 27 lbs.  We expect she will be on the upper end of medium in size when full grown.  She is up-to-date on her core vaccines and ready for her forever home!

Our review process is very straightforward - it involves an interview, reference checks and a home assessment.  An adoption fee of $450 and a refundable $35 spay/neuter deposit (required by NYS law) also apply.
