Meet Miss Yoko!

It's she lovely!  Unfortunately, this poor girl has already been bounced around way too much in her short life.  No more kiddo, we'll find your forever.

She is about 4 months old (~DOB March 2025).  Best guess, no guarantee, she looks like an Aussie/Shepherd mix - we expect she will be a medium size adult.

Yoko is a typical puppy, energetic, fun, playful.  She moved into her SAL foster home 7/7 so we will update as she progresses and waits for her spay date!

Yoko will be spayed, and is up-to-date on core vaccines, dewormed, current on flea/tick/heartworm preventative as needed, and is microchipped!

To pursue adoption, please register on www.safeatlast.net.  (Click Register on the left-hand side of our homepage.)  When you receive your password on your email account, please log back on to our website to complete the SAFE AT LAST on-line adoption application.  (Click Forms/Application on the left-hand side of our homepage and select the Adoption Application.) Once we have your completed application, if we feel you are a good match, we will contact you by email. (So, please check your SPAM.)  Our process is straightforward but involves a phone interview, reference checks and a home assessment.  An adoption donation of $450 applies.

YOU CANNOT MEET OUR RESCUE ANIMALS UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN APPROVED TO ADOPT.  WE CANNOT CONSIDER YOU UNTIL YOU HAVE SUBMITTED THE FULLY FILLED OUT SAFE AT LAST ON-LINE ADOPTION APPLICATION.  Delay in submitting your application will put you behind other potentially suitable applicants.  Ultimately, approved adopters will be required to complete an adoption in Schoharie/Albany County.
