Our boy Indiana Jones (or "Indy," as we affectionately call him) came to our rescue all the way from South Carolina.

We believe Indy to be a lab/spaniel mix -- and he surely has the best traits of both breeds.  Indy has about the softest, most lustrous coat you could imagine, and striking white markings on his chest and feet.. Adding charm and uniqueness to this handsome puppy are his gorgeous brownish/gray eyes.  For as beautiful as Indy is on the outside, he is equally beautiful on the inside.  He loves to snuggle and cuddle, loves to be held and kissed, and, of course, loves to play too.  He is a happy, healthy, affectionate, and outgoing puppy, just waiting for the right family to come along to love him for life. 

 

Like his namesake, Indy is also fond of adventure - he loves riding in his foster dad's truck (and is as good as gold).  He was also quite the hit today, as he charmed a bunch of people in his extended foster family.  While Indy loves adventure, he is also a really good boy -- he was so well-behaved and "go with the flow" during his visiting today (at several different households), and he has been nothing short of wonderful with the cats in the respective families.  A simple "no" or redirection, and Indy is on his way to do something more appropriate.  On top of that, Indy is a smart little boy -- he is coming along absolutely excellently with his potty training.  He knows how to use the "big" doggie door (which is an accomplishment for a little pup), and he has been a total pleasure for his foster family.

Indy is being fostered in a private home.  Therefore, only approved adopters will be invited to meet him.  Adoption fee of $300 plus refundable $35 spay/neuter deposit, reference check, and home assessment apply.
