Sweet Andie came to us all the way from a shelter in Marion County, SC.   One of our rescue friends down in that area noticed Andie at the local shelter (along with kennel mate Alex and sibling Abigail), and she just  couldn't walk away from these sweet pups.  These babies were looking up at her through the kennel bars, as if asking for a second chance at life, where they will be loved and cherished forever.  Well, that's exactly what we are going to provide for each of these pups (with your help, of course)!!

Andie & sister Abigail are about 3.5 months old.  They appear to be border collie mixes, with the mix possibly containing cattle dog/blue heeler.  Each of these pups is a sweetheart, just waiting for the right family to come along to share a lifetime of love.

If you have the time, willngness and ability to commit to Andie for her whole life -- no matter what may lie ahead in yours -- please go to our website (www.safeatlast.net) & fill out an online adoption application.  The process is very straightforward, and directions for registering and completing the application are provided on the bottom half of the homepage, as well as under "Adoption Info" (on the lefthand side of the homepage).  Once we have your completed adoption application, a Safe At Last volunteer will be in touch to work with you through our review process.

We very much appreciate your interest in our beautiful pups.  However, please understand that you must go through our application & approval process BEFORE you can be considered and BEFORE you can meet the pups.  We do this for the mutual protection of our pups and our adopters -- to help ensure the right forever match between family and puppy.  Also, please be aware that we do perform reference checks and a home assessment.  An adoption fee of $275 (plus refundable $35 spay/neuter deposit [required by NYS law]) also apply.

If you have any questions about our process or the pups, please email us at info@safeatlast.net, and one of our volunteers will be happy to assist you.

Thank you for wanting to open your heart and home to one of our beautiful rescue pups.
