Through the colossal efforts of rescue volunteers, Dawson, along with his 7 siblings and Momma Belle, made their way to us from a very high kill shelter.   We are thankful that this family is now safe, and we are thrilled to have them in our care.

 

Our best guess is that Dawson and his sibs are aussie mixes.  Momma Belle appears to be aussie mixed with german shepherd and/or catahoula; as for dad, we have no idea.  While we cannot guarantee their breed mix, we can guarantee that these are sweet, loving pups who are ready for devoted families of their own, where they will never be discarded again.

 

Dawson is the smallest of the litter with markings very similar to his mom's.  He is quite the personable little guy, who loves to be picked up for lots of hugs and kisses.  Dawson is a typical happy, playful little puppy who "goes with the flow" & just enjoys life!
