Beautiful Juliet (and siblings Scotia & Blaze, also available for adoption) came to us all the way from a very high kill shelter in South Carolina. Our best guess is that these gorgeous puppies are a mix of lab retriever and dutch shepherd. While we cannot guarantee their breed mix, we can say with certainty that this is about the sweetest, gentlest litter of pups that we have seen in years of rescue. All of these pups love people -- they love to be pet, cuddled, talked to, and snuggled -- and they are extremely gentle in how they interact.
Gorgeous Juliet is a total doll-baby. We expect this beautiful girl to be large when full grown (80 lb range), but a sweeter pup you could not find!! She is so very loving - she will lie right across my lap as content as can be, just enjoying being snuggled. She also loves to play, loves to be loved on, enjoys rides in the car, and overall is an easy-going, great pup. And, as an added bonus, she is coming along excellently on her potty training.
If you have the time, willingness and ability to commit to sweet Juliet for her whole life -- no matter what may lie ahead in yours -- please go to our website (www.safeatlast.net), register, log back on with your username and password, and then complete an online adoption application (under "Forms/Applications"). Once we have your completed application, a volunteer will be in touch.
Also, please be aware that our animals are fostered in private homes; we do not have a centralized facility. Therefore, you cannot meet the puppies or be considered for adoption until you have completed the adoption application and gone through our review/approval process. The process is very straightforward, but it does involve reference checks and a home assessment. Additionally, an adoption fee of $300 (plus a refundable $35 spay/neuter deposit [required by NYS law]) also applies.
Thank you for wanting to open your heart and home to one of our rescue pups.
