Our beautiful "H" litter -- puppies Hannah, Hans, Harley, Heather, Heidi, Holly, Hugo and Hunter -- came to us all the way from a shelter in Ohio.  These gorgeous little babies are having a wonderful time in foster care, where they are getting tons of love & enjoying all the toys, good food, and room to romp and play.  All of these pups are absolute little love-bugs & are bringing lots of joy to their foster mom and all the visitors around here.  Of course, what these babies would love most are families of their very own who will weclome them with open arms.   

Just a word about the pups' breed mix - all we can say for sure is that they are 100% dog!!  Their mom was said to be a shepherd mix.  But, as you can see, they do not have shepherd looks.  We believe there were several dads to this litter.  And, our best assessment is that the predominant breeds in the mix are terrier and some type of hound (possibly beagle or doxie).  Currently (7/18), the pups are about 9 wks old and range in size from about 8 to 12 lbs, with Hannah and Holly having the smaller builds and Heidi, Hugo and Hunter being on the larger end of the size range.  We anticipate that these pups will be medium-sized dogs when full grown.

While we cannot be sure of their breed mix, we are sure that all of these pups LOVE people.  They love to be held & cuddled; and, they also love to play.  They are happy, social, playful little pups, just waiting for great families to welcome them into their lives.

Our review process is very straightforward, but it does involve reference checks and a home assessment.  An adoption fee of $300, plus a refundable $35 spay/neuter deposit (required by NYS law), also apply.  Additionally, because the pups are fostered in a private home, prospective adopters must first go through the application & approval process before meeting the puppies.  We appreciate your patience and understanding in that regard.  Of course, if you have any questions, feel free to email us at info@safeatlast.net.
