Meet. Mr. Frodo -- who would LOVE for you to be his Valentine!!  He is a positvely GREAT pup - sweet, curious, playful, SMART and CLEAN.  (Since arrival, he and his siblings have been using the doggie door here and pottying outside, much to the delight of their foster mom!!)

We believe that Frodo is a terrier/sharpei mix.  He is an absolutely WONDERFUL pup -- he is a darling guy who loves people & also gets along well with his siblings and the adult dogs in his foster home.  Frodo has a happy, outgoing personality.  He loves to play and loves to get attention.  He also enjoys car rides -- he is one attentive little boy who loves to look out the window and observe the world around him.  Frodo is a sweet, attentive, happy, delightful pup, who also happens to be gorgeous, with his striking reddish-brown and white markings.   This love-bug of a pup is sure to be a great addition to any loving, responsible home. 

If you have the love in your heart, and the time, willingness and ability, to commit to dear Frodo for his whole life -- no matter what may lie ahead in yours -- then, please, register on our website (www.safeatlast.net) (click "register" on the bottom left hand side of the homepage).  When your password is sent back to your email account, then please log back on with your username and password and complete an online adoption application (under Forms/Applications on the left hand side of the homepage).  Once we have your completed application, a volunteer will be in touch to work with you through our review process.

Our review process is very straightforward, but it does involve a phone interview, reference checks, and a home assessment.  An adoption fee of $300, plus a refundable $35 spay/neuter deposit (required by NYS law), also apply.
