Izzy and his siblings - whom we call the "Magnificent Seven" - came to us from Ohio.  Born ~12/2/12.  These beautiful babies (along with several other animals) had been abandoned in an old house in squalid conditions; they were simply left to die.  Luckily, rescue workers found these babies in time, & they are now loving life!

As for Izzy, he is quite the little live wire.  He loves to play tug of war and wrestle with his siblings.  He weighs about 9 lbs right now (2/20) and has some very unique ears that look like the flying nun.  He loves to go outside and explore, but also loves to be held and cuddled, as do all of these puppies.  Izzy can hold his own with his bigger siblings.  He's like a lab in a tiny package with a little fiesty thrown in!!  Izzy is a happy, playful, affectionate pup who is just waiting for a forever family of his own to love him for all of his days.  Could that be you??

Once we have your application, a volunteer will be in touch to work with you through the review process.  Our process is very straightforward, but it does involve a phone interview, reference checks, and a home assessment.  An adoption fee of $300, and a refundable $35 spay/neuter deposit (required by NYS law), also apply.

Please understand that because our rescue babies are fostered in private homes & we have no centralized facility, you must be approved for adoption before meeting the puppies.  We appreciate your understanding.
