Meet Adelaide (aka "Addie"), who came to us all the way from Ohio, along with siblings Taz, Kiwi and Sydney.  These babies are australian shep/terrier mixes, and a cuter, sweeter bunch of pups you could not find.  All of these babies are extremely loving, social, and people-oriented.  Addie is a total love-bug; she absolutely loves to be picked up, cuddled and loved on.  She is the smallest of this litter, though she is a spunky little girl who can hold her own with her siblings.  While we cannot give any guarantees as to ultimate size, we think Addie will be on the low end of medium in size when she is full grown (~ 30-40 lbs).  Addie is one smart, sweet pup who could not be more adorable in both her looks or her ways... One look from her soft, beautiful eyes will melt your heart.  This cutie-pie is just waiting for the right family to come along and love her forever.

If you have the time, willingness and ability to commit to one of these babies for his/her whole life, please register on our website (www.safeatlast.net).  When you receive your password, log back on to the website to complete the online adoption application (under Forms/Applications on the lefthand side of the homepage).  Once we have your application, a volunteer will be in touch by email to commence the review process.  (So, please check your filters and your spam!)

Our process is very straightforward, but it does involve a phone interview, reference checks and a home assessment.  An adoption fee of $300, and a refundable $35 spay/neuter deposit (required by NYS law), also apply.
