Toffee is a wonderful description of this little guy’s beautiful, thick and soft-as-velvet coat.  Based on his looks, we believe that Toffee is a Shiba Inu/Shar Pei/Chow mix.  This little guy truly is a cuddle bug.  He also loves his squeaky toys and will sit with them in his mouth for long periods of time.  Toffee is very short and solidly built; he weighs about 18lbs.  Like all his siblings, he loves being outside, romping and playing.  This is a very happy puppy and loves being around his humans and other dogs.

If you are interested in adopting, please register on our website www.safeatlast.net.  When you receive your password on your email account, please log back on to our website with your username and password to complete the online adoption application (under Forms/Applications, on the lefthand side of our homepage). We will be in touch by email once we have your application to commence the review process.  Our process is very straightforward, but it does involve a phone interview, reference checks and a home assessment.  An adoption fee of $375, and a refundable $35 spay/neuter deposit (required by NYS law), also apply.
