Meet fluff-muffin Kimi (or Kimi-Bear, as we sometimes call her around here).  Kimi came to us from KY along with siblings Anna, Yona, Dakotah, Abey, Mochican, Onondaga, Pooseatuck, and Tuscarora.  These pups are happy, playful, affectionate babies.  As for breed mix, our best assessment is that they all have lab retriever in them, but there appear to be several dads in this litter -- perhaps shepherd, chow, redbone coonhound ??  We cannot guarantee heritage, but be are sure these babies are wonderful pups!! 

Right now (10/13), we estimate that the pups are between 11 and 12 weeks old.  We expect they will range from the upper end of medium to large when full grown.  Again, we cannot give any guarantees as to ultimate size.  Currently, they range in size from 15 to 25 lbs. 

Kimi is a gorgeous puppy -- soft as can be & cute beyond words.  When she sees foster mommy coming, she will bark a little greeting and race over to get some loving.  When she first arrived, she was a little reserved upon first meeting; but that did not last long!!  Now, she's right up front with all her siblings wanting her share of the attention (&, of course, food and treats!!).  Of these pups, Kimi (and her sister Yona) reflect what we think is Chow heritage.  They have thick, long coats, their tails curl up and over their backs, and they have a Chow stance.  (But, of course, we cannot guarantee heritage, as we do not have history on their parents.)  Kimi-Bear is a happy, playful, affectionate, sweet pup who is just waiting for a wonderful forever family to adopt her and give her a lifetime of love.  Kimi has tons of love to give in return & will surely bring many smiles to the family lucky enough to adopt her.

All of these pups are being fostered in private homes; we do not have a centralized facility.  THEREFORE, PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT YOU CANNOT MEET THE PUPS UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN APPROVED FOR ADOPTION.  AND, YOU CANNOT BE CONSIDERED FOR ADOPTION UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE ONLINE ADOPTION APPLICATION.  ALSO, APPROVED ADOPTERS ARE REQUIRED TO COME TO THE FOSTER HOME (IN SCHOHARIE COUNTY, NY) TO COMPLETE THE ADOPTION.  WE DO NOT DELIVER OR SHIP OUR RESCUE ANIMALS.
