Meet lovely lady Delilah -- sweet momma of 8 little pups (soon to be posted) and a FABULOUS girl in her own right!!  Delilah hales from KY where she was abandoned/discarded with her pups (like so many...).  This girl is said to be about 2 yrs old.   She weighs 23#'s and is 17" tall with a gorgeous red/bronze tri coat and light golden eyes. 

 

Sweet Delilah is one of the nicest, sweetest, well-behaved & lovely tempered young adult dogs to ever come through this rescue.  She absolutely LOVES being with her humans and especially loves being with men.  Riding in the car is one of her favorite things to do, and she will settle right down and sit in the seat next to you. 

 

She has gone on several excursions and has met everyone with her tailing waggling and begging for attention.  She does great on her leash and minds very well.  She is house trained and is not destructive in any way.  She does like playing with toys and going outside with you.  She gets along very well with her other foster siblings.

 

Presently, Delilah is not spayed, as she just finished whelping her 8 pups.  Nonetheless, she looks is in great shape, and she is also current on her shots (Parvo/Distemper and rabies).  She will also be seeing our vet for a general wellness check on March 3rd, and we will keep you posted.
