Meet Fantasia & her brother Finnegan. 

Sweet little Fantasia (Fanny for short) is mostly white with some biscuit/cream markings. She and her brother Finnegan are the two runts of this litter of 8, each weighing in at only 4.6 lbs.  Although these pups are small, that doesn’t stop them from being little spit-fires!!

Fanny is an energizer puppy!!!  She loves to run and will leap and jump without fear.  She’s even been known to use her other foster siblings as step ladders or spring-boards!!  She has a little pink nose and pink eye rims as well, and she is a love bug and a half.

Mr. Finnegan (also posted on our website) is equally lovable, sweet and full of fun!!  He looks like a Pug in miniature.  He is a bundle of pure love and energy like his sister Fanny and is one stout but small package of canine joy and laughter.  Like his sister Fanny, Finnegan is fearless and can run with the big dogs.  Neither of these two realize that they are toy size at this stage in their lives.

Finnegan and Fanny have the true Pug personality -- they love to give hugs and kisses; they love to be with their humans; and they will thrive in a home where they are made part of the family.

 Our best assessment (no guarantee) is that Finnegan and Fanny will weigh between 20 -25#s when full grown.  Again, this, like their breed mix, is a best assessment only.

 These two little firecrackers and very special pups.  They are also bonded to one another.  So, we are seeking a family wanting to adopt both of them.

If you have the time, willingness and ability to commit to these precious pups – for their whole life – no matter what may lie ahead in yours, please register on www.safeatlast.net (click Register on the left-hand side of our homepage).  When you receive your password on your email account, then log back on to the website with your username and password to complete the online adoption application (click Forms/Applications on the left-hand side of our homepage).  Once we have your application, we will contact you by email to schedule the phone interview to commence the review process.  Our process is very straightforward but does involve the phone interview, reference checks & a home assessment.  An adoption fee of $ 650 (for both pups), & a refundable $70 spay/neuter deposit ($35 per pup) (required by NYS law), also apply.

These pups are being fostered in a private home; we do not have a centralized facility.  THEREFORE, YOU CANNOT MEET THEM UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN APPROVED FOR ADOPTION, & YOU CANNOT BE CONSIDERED FOR ADOPTION UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE ONLINE ADOPTION APPLICATION.  ALSO, ADOPTERS ARE REQUIRED TO COME TO THE FOSTER HOME (IN SCHOHARIE COUNTY, NY) TO COMPLETE THE ADOPTION.  WE DO NOT DELIVER OR SHIP OUR RESCUE ANIMALS.
