Lil House Pup Charles
August 2016 Update on Charlie -- We hear he is doing incredibly well. He is happy and loving life. It doesn't get any better than that!! Just look at that big smile!!!

Update on our little Charles:
...
He has been the most precious thing ever. My neighbors had a party and I brought him over and he just slumped into everyone's lap or arms.
One girl works at bid awee was telling me that he is so loving w people and that can be rare w rescue dogs. So you guys did a great job with him.
I had them both outside all day and Kylie is snapping less and less when he tries to play. She did steal some of his toys already but he's so laid back. He does sit on her sometimes and she just growls then accepts it. I took some go pro footage of them so when jess comes back we can watch and post some of it.
Best,
Tom OBrien

Hi Cindy!
Hope all is well, wanted to send you a recent photo of Coraggio! He's doing really well, we love his sweet personality! He's a bit mischievous as all puppies are. He has 2 best friend St. Bernards that live next door!!
Did you get those puppies yet??
Have a great summer!

Lil House Pup Mary
Well, it's official. Dixie is her name, and we are in love. She made it almost all the way home before she threw up on Sam's lap. He then almost threw up cleaning it up. It was quite the moment.
After that, we stopped at Grandma Polly's and she's a fan. We came home and Kate is thrilled. She immediately agreed that her name should be Dixie.
Nanny (the other grandmother) came to visit and brought doggie gates - and she too is in love.
We are so happy.
Thank you again. ...Have a good night and I will email an update in a few weeks. ~ Deb

Update on Bessie (formerly our Lil House Pup Carrie):
Hi Cindy.........sending a few pics of Bessie that I took last weekend.
She is adjusting very well and is loved by all who have met her. When I
took her to the vet last week, they raved about the records you kept and
how well she was cared for.....that not all rescues are that meticulous.
You do a wonderful job with little animals!
I am sending you a donation to your Safe At Last endeavor. I felt guilty
taking so much from you when you sent us off. I have many things already
since I had just lost my other dog. Your generosity makes me want to give
back to you!
Thank you again for taking such good care of our little animals who cant
care for themselves! You are one of God's angels!
Love and hugs.....Sue
ps.....that little sweater is one I had made for my other dog.......I was
so happy that it fit her like a glove! ;o)

I fostered this little one, and she stole my heart. She has helped me to continue to heal from the loss of my sweet cat Birdie whom I had for over 15 yrs. Each of these babies is different... no one can ever take the place of another. But, for me, the best way to have honored my Birdie is to have opened my heart to another in need. Welcome, little Miss Minnie the kitty -- you are safe & warm & loved & will be for all of your days.
