(Update): Hello! Made it through the second night with our little pup! Sadie is doing great, on the car ride home she threw up once early then slept the rest of the way, she was very good and cuddly in the backseat with Sam. Sunday night we got her used to being in the crate with the door open, showed her lots of love and played outside in the yard. She handled the crate the first night really well considering shed never been in one before! She wined for maybe 10 minutes and then slept, we woke up every 2 hours and brought her outside and she peed/pooped every time :). Yesterday was a fun day, we had out friends with a one year old big puppy over and they played in the yard together for a few hours in the morning. She was exhausted after and napped until the afternoon, where we had another couple over with a little 2 year old frenchie/pug. They loved each other and chased one another around the yard. She also met Toms family and two little nieces Sunday night and played very well, giving everywhere the appropriate kisses. The picture of tom and her sleeping on the floor is Sunday after dinner, both of them were truly exhausted in a good way. She slept even better the second night in the crate! We noticed she loves taking treats and hiding them all over the yard and house and then going back hours later to eat them, Things are going so well and we love her so much already, as does everyone that meets her! Hope you enjoy the update and pictures and thank you so much for taking care of her and getting her safely to us :) Sam ____________________________________________________________________________________________ Hey Cindy, We are adjusting very well! It was a bit of a long night but everyone is doing awesome. We have so many people that want to see her now, we need to schedule time blocks haha. Thank you so much, pictures to come.
