Mick

Hello! I wanted to give you an update on Kaleb, formerly Mick. Kaleb is now 23 lbs, and is slightly taller than Chloe, our corgi. He knows a few commands, and is 100% housebroken. He is very, very good on leash walks. Doesn't pull at all (I'm still working on that with Chloe). He still loves to give wet, sloppy kisses, and he still loves the cow hooves. His absolute favorite thing to do is to run in the yard with the other dogs. He can fetch, and sometimes will if not distracted by Chloe or Bella. Pretty soon he will be taking his first camping trip in the Adirondacks. It is a real doggie vacation with trails to explore, sandy beach to dig in, and a shallow lake for learning how to swim. All our other dogs, past and present, have loved this trip. I think Kaleb will too! Kaleb was neutered on July 26th at Howes Cave Animal Hospital. Dr. Amber Atkinson performed the surgery. He is fine, and has recovered quickly. Didn't even need a cone. He is such a good, good little boy. Let me know if you or the rescue needs a copy of the neuter certificate. I will be happy to send it to you. The check I wrote for the deposit can be destroyed. I don't need it back. Hope you are enjoying your summer, Deb Kuhn
