Meet Patches, our new chi/JRT addition from our rescue friends in South Carolina.
Patches is a nice little senior looking for a settled, adult forever home - no little kids for this little man at this stage in his life.  
If you are looking for a nice little dog to enjoy time together and give and get loving, Patches could be the one for you.   
Patches is UTD on his shots, neutered and HW negative.  

To be considered to adopt Patches, please register on www.safeatlast.net.  (Click Register on the left-hand side of our home page.)  When you receive your password on your email account, log back on to complete the SAFE AT LAST online adoption application.  (Click Forms/Applications on the left-hand side of our home page and select Adoption Application.)  Once we have your completed application, IF WE FEEL YOU ARE A POTENTIALLY GOOD MATCH, WE WILL CONTACT YOU BY EMAIL TO SCHEDULE THE PHONE INTERVIEW TO COMMENCE THE REVIEW PROCESS -- SO PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM.  Our review process is very straightforward, but it does involve the phone interview, reference checks and a home assessment.  For PATCHES, AN ADOPTION FEE OF $425 ALSO APPLIES.

If you do not submit the Safe at Last online adoption application, we cannot consider you.  Delay in submitting your application will put you at a disadvantage to others who have applied.  Also, you cannot meet Patches until you have applied and been approved to adopt. 

Approved adopters are required to go to the foster home (in Worcester NY [Otsego County]) to complete the adoption.  Covid-19 protocols must be observed, including mask.
