Hi Cindy, We are home safe and sound! She was such an angel on the long car ride home. Harley was suprised to see her and very curious about her little new sister. They had dinner together and then some time outside. It's the first time in a very long time that we have seen Harley this active :) It melted our hearts! It was so great to meet you!!!! Patti and l are eternally grateful to you for this sweet little girl! Hope the rest of the adoptions went well today and that you are relaxing with that glass of wine! Talk to you soon! Jack-in-the-Pulpit

Update on Hudson (formerly our little Jack) (Sept. 2015): Hi Cindy! I saw the sweet post about Momma Chloe's adoption and wanted to share an update about Hudson. We moved down to North Carolina and July and he has adjusted quite nicely to life here and has lots of doggy friends. He is quite the love bug; he gives endless kisses and his favorite e to be is curled up on my neck or lap. Thank you so much for all you did caring for him and for bringing him into my life! Just wanted to let you know that little Jack who I have renamed Hudson is doing VERY well! We just got back from his first vet appointment and he is 4.5 lbs and we start puppy kindergarten on Thursday where I hope he will learn to stop biting mommy's hands. :) He is such a joy and getting along with my parent's dogs extremely well. Do you have the pictures of his parents you can send me? I'm curious to see what they look like! Thanks so much! Carolyn And, just look - Hudson loves to snuggle when he's sleeping!!

Joy

Hi Cindy, The puppy previously known as Joy (now Bella) is doing great! It took a couple of days for the rest of the pack to get used to her, but now they get along great. Bella likes to play with Annie (our chocolate lab) and Buddy (our terrier mix) especially. I've attached a photo for you. I am going to try and get a pic with Bella and the rest of the crew this weekend. Thanks for checking in! Regards, Bill

It is now quarter of seven, and Julie is settled in for the night!! What an amazing dog. She ate a wonderful supper, I went out with her and walked around the yard so she would feel comfortable, she came in and immediately got in my lap while I watched the news. She sticks to me like glue, knows her name, and has impeccable manners!!!!! We are already a team. Many many thanks to you and Em for the care you give these wonderful dogs before they find their forever homes.
