Alec
Hi Cindy, all is well. The pups (Alec, now Paulie, and Abigail, now Ella) are really moving in! They are so people oriented! A young couple came to visit today and spent a few hours holding and playing with them this afternoon. We kept our schedule and they adjusted? They got lots of hugs and kisses, ate great, drank water pooped outside, peed outside, went into the crate (paulie) to rest. We are about to play with them and then go down to the barn in an hour, let them out and then nite, nite. They sure are wonderful pups! Lewis kissed them Clarke looked at them with some interest and Henry was a bit confused but not antagonistic. We didn't put them together. Sniffing and watching is enough for today. All are exhausted but seem happy and worry free, as they should be. Now we should be worry free. Soooooo feel the peace of a job well done and
Sleep well, Cindy. You did a great job for the last two critical weeks and we are very thankful for that.

Wassil
Hi Sharon,
I arrived safely back in Rochester. Wassil was quiet for the whole trip. He handled it like a trooper. He mastered my dog door in ten minutes. He is obviously a very smart dog.
He is running around and discovering things quickly. My sister Diane gave me the phone number for her Veterinarian. She says her vet is the best one she has ever dealt with.
I will send you the vets name in my next update. I can't remember her name off the top of my head, but her veterinary practice is close by.
My friend Tom came over to watch the game and Wassil was quick to give him a sniff and let him pet him. He seems to have acclimated to his new environment.I know it will take time. He does indeed enjoy a tummy rub.
I invited my next store neighbor over as well so that she can get to know Wassil. Her dog died of cancer a few months ago and you will not believe how much her face lit up when I told her I had a new puppy.
Thanks for allowing me to take Wassil.
He already feels like a treasured member of the family.
Regards,
Gary
Ivy
Here are some pictures of the gang! Ivy's new name is Laurel. She seems pretty happy with it! We had some excitement the first night when she ate something (still unknown!) under the table and ended up with an upset belly. We had a quick trip to the vets, but she seems fine now! You can see everyone loves her even the cats who think she is a new toy for them to rub on. Thank you so much!
Love,
Bre, Daisy, Laurel, Ivy (cat), and Rose
Noel
Another pic of Noel, now Holland, with her new family!!
Eve
Hi Cindy,
So nice to hear from you!! All is well here, although as busy as usual!!
:) Holland (formerly Noel) and Malia (formerly Eve) are awesome! They are doing a great job of doing
their business outside and sleeping in their separate (but side by side)
crates at night. They are so funny! The cats (Blue, Farid and Jack) have
started getting braver and coming downstairs and the puppies just look at
them and bark and then cower away. Malia would totally befriend them, but
Holland seems to feel the need to be the protector so makes a lot of noise
that she's not ready to back up. How did it go with Joy? Is she at her new
home? Annaleigh was asking me about her again today.
Montanna has invited everyone she knows over to meet the pups. She is so
happy, and that warms my heart. Holland and Malia have brought a sense of
joy back to the house and something we can all have fun with together. I
could never thank you enough for that.
Happy New Year to you! Did you end up getting your Christmas tree up?
Enjoy the pictures :)
Love,
Kathy, Annaleigh, Chase, Montanna, Ellianna, Holland, Malia, Blue, Farid
and Captain Jack Sparrow
