Carmel
Here is Carmel, on her way home, soaking up love from her new family.
CHILI
Hi Sara,
Since a little someone is asleep in my lap I thought I'd send a quick update on my little darling. Lily continues to meld into our family. It's getting hard to remember life without her now. Her potty training is progressing nicely, accidents are becoming way less frequently. I snowblowed a big area where she liked to do her business and although she still doesn't give much warning, now that she's gotten in a routine it is much easier to anticipate when she needs to go out. And when she does go out she usually pees right away now. Of course she gets two treats when she goes and she loves treats. No interest in using in puppy pads but that's OK I'd just as soon she just go outside.
Regarding the Vet, Guilderland accepted her as a patient, but I couldn't get her in until February. So I called your the place your cousin works in Mechanicville and explained my situation and we have an appointment this coming Monday. All in all I am quite pleased with her progress and love her dearly. I am going to get her more robust things to chew on today as she can destroy a squeaky toy in a matter of minutes. She's very smart and will use her front paws to hold her "prey" while she rips it apart. The only toy she's not able to destroy so far is the broccoli toy I had when we picked her up. I hope all is well and wish you the best of luck with your future fosters. Your first one was a resounding success.

Camden Kitty
Hi Cindy!
I meant to send you a little update earlier but got busy with some last minute errands to prep for the snow.
The girls are adjusting beautifully and we are already so in love with them! They really are the sweetest, most affectionate little kitties. And they're having a blast playing together. They're eating well and had no trouble with the litter box. So far, both of them have been using the same one and they haven't shown much interest in the other one. But we'll keep it there for them as an option.
We're so happy we decided to keep them together. They're an awesome duo and have already brought us so much joy since joining our little family. We think they feel right at home already!
Best,
Liz & Pete

Hi Cindy:
Penny has settled in nicely. She was shy at first and by yesterday she was right at home. Her vet appointment is late Monday afternoon, and we will send an update afterwards. It was great meeting you (and Maya and Jack too).
Happy Thanksgiving.
Mary, Frank, Toni and Penny

Update: Hi Cindy: Penny's vet visit went very well. There are no issues and she received her distemper/parvo, rabies and lyme/lepto vaccinations. We need to bring her back in 3 weeks for a booster shot. Everything is going very well. Penny is even going up and down the stairs all on her own! We just need to work on walking with the leash.

CLAUS
Claus, now Hunter, is in his new home and we hear he's doing great -- Slept through the night with his human brother, Mason, and it looks like puppy and child are very happy. We are thrilled!
